Latest news on former player - Perry Burns who suffered a very bad broken leg last saturday for Leyton against Enfield - courtesy of Tony Ieovil

"I've seen that a few of the W Forest committee have expressed their obvious concern for Perry so I just thought I'd update you.

He has suffered a 'compound double fracture' of the tibula (worst bone). He was operated on Monday and has had 2 screws inserted through both the fibula and tibula which will be removed in 3 months time (approx) and also a plate with pins.

He is now at home resting.
