Just spoke to the club who have asked me to post something.
The pitch is currently in good condition as it hasn't been played on for a while. But there is snow forecast for tomorrow although it is mainly to the west of london but we all know how wrong the weather reporters can be.
So just on the off chance we get some snow tomorrow can a few people be on hand to help clear the pitch if neccessary.
Also,if on the very small chance the game was to be called off there would be a social evening at the club instead with darts games beer etc

I think in all honesty that heavy rain may be the biggest threat to the game, but hopefully it will not be that bad

Don't think the south east and London is supposed to get the snow until the weekend, possibly next week.

we are forecast a bit of sleet in the evening but hopefully this is just a shower, but snow showers can be forecast as rain and then change suddenly to snow showers

first bit of good news once the update on metcheck was done is that there is 5mm less forecast between now and kick off.

Can't believe you are still on ...the ducks have left our pitch as they said the water is too deep to paddle ....but that is Mill Field (Dagger) and I would expect far better from the home of dreams !

Can't say I'm surprised.
Here in leafy Surrey, we've had oodles of rain today.
Weekend matches already looking exceedingly dodgy !
