3-0 it's only Bedford- if they were as good as they fink they are. We'll win easily, and send their 300 fans back home to their Bedfordshire hovels disappointed again

Hello Mol-ain't seen you on here for ages- how's yer bunions?

Oh yes Russ the E's faithful will take the New Eyrie over with our loyal and ultra-fanatical support. They won't know what's hit 'em. I reckon a 2-1 victory for North London today...

Ill go for a humiliating 8-2 pasting!

What on earth.............????????????

8-2 to Bedford!!!!

I am sure that the likes of Eddie McCluskey and Noel Ashford et al felt a very sharp stabbing pain this afternoon.

May be so you [censored]! If you were there then make yourself known otherwise you can't really comment can you?

Do you remember the 7 goal mauling against Barnet a number of years ago? Everything tried went in!

Today that's exactly what happened for Bedford.

Quit the bickering. There is an ever dwindling number of us and it won't be helped by these results and arguing amongst ourselves. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

The Barnet result was one of the best games I have ever seen but like saturdays at Southbury Road its but a distant memeory

2-8

With 3 players making their starting debuts it was no surprise that Bedford took the lead within 60 seconds. Enfield equalised through Carr midway through the 1st. half. Our forwards were constantly being flagged offside, something we perhaps have to work on a bit more. New signing no.4 from Gravesend looked promising but had to leave early with an injury, from then the game turned and Eagles added 2 before half-time.
All went wrong in the 2nd. half. Town added 2 early goals, 1 a spectacular lob. Clarke and Murphy were replaced by Preece and Traore, and new signing Gillman (?) switched to central defence. Then we lost it! Bedford scored 2 more top quality goals, both from the prolific Darren Lynch, before Traore added to our tally (although offside). There was still time for 1 last goal, another top draw chip which left the hard-working but luckless E's with their worst result since Runcorn in the Conference years

1.Palmer
2.Murphy ( 12.Traore)
3.Warren
4.Barnett (?) ( 17.Waldron)
5.Deeny
6.Clarke (15. Preece)
7.Gillman(?)
8.Richardson
9.Carr
10.Armstrong
11.Mark-Dennis

Not used Owusu, Reddington

We were poor but a 6 goal deficit was harsh.

1.Terry Back is looking for the ground

2.I hope you're wrong about Tone, but I'm getting very concerned. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

3.That's a little harsh-Del is a fan and we shouldn't be squabbling amongst the few of us left.

What goes around, comes around!

I recall quite a number of E's fans taking the pi$$ when we got relegated from the football league.

All i'm doing is returning the gesture.

I might come down for your derby game against Wingate & Finchley, just for the comedy value!
