What are the chances of the game being called off? I read your ground is below sea level so with all the rain could be in doubt I guess.

This will be my first visit to the the Island so am looking forward to a good game with a decent sized crowd.

We cant buy a goal right now, but we are still not playing badly, you seem to be either very good or very poor would that be correct?

I predict a tight game, and dont expect many goals LOL

BTW does Paula who used to post on this forum still attend matches? She used to post on the SSML forum last seaon.

Pitch is normally OK and drains very well. The ground staff do a great job in maintaining the pitch and it's in good condition at the moment.

We managed to play our reserve fixture last Saturday at Park Lane but depends on how much rain we get in the next couple of days.

We are a bit inconsistent this season but have played well in our last two games. We didn't really deserve to get beaten 3-0 at Edgware as the game was a bit closer than the scoreline suggests.

I expect it will be a close game.

While our boys are up the road at GWR, we'll have half an eye on Canvey v Edgware, hoping for a home win. Good luck and see you at Easter.

Hi to all the Canvey lads and lasses.
Sorry that I will not be on the Island on Saturday to meet you again.
Please treat Gavin and his friends well and let them get a song in now and again - just as you did for me at the WLG.
Hope you all enjoy the day and continue to cement relationships.

What are the chances of the match being postponed?

I would expect around 10/15 Edgware fans will travel.

Bramley wont be attending as he no longer watches Edgware.

Should be OK but kind of depends on how much rain we get tomorrow morning.

Best to check before you travel.
