We've definitely signed him and he'll be available on Tuesday night. Apparently he was at today's game.

Welcome back Dickie.

I was quite pleased when he left us last season. I just hope he does more than ordering others around (without actually doing much himself) this time round.

What has our team lacked for most of the season Ribbit? A leader? Our players are far too quite and need someone out there getting them going.

As for Halle not doing much himself i think you are way off the mark.

Well I don't know what he was like at Hornchurch, but he couldn't have been that great if they've let him leave and he's chosen to drop a level.
Ronin, I wasn't the only person critical of him last year. If we need someone to shout at players it should be the captain and the manager/assistant. It's a complete waste of time having a player on the pitch if that is all he is going to do.

Having said that, he did score a nice freekick for us.

No you were not alone in your opinion of Halle but i didn`t agree with it then and i still don`t. I think it`s a bit much to knock a player (who the club never wanted to leave and are pleased to get back) before he has kicked a ball for us.
