i know the guy who produced one of those 'real' posh spice programmes...he was left with brooklyn for an hour or so before filming started, so he pulled out a small football and had a kick about with the kid...two interesting thing's:
1. Apparently the kid can play with both feet, but actually favours the left foot
2. he's really good for a small kid - a duck to water and all that

chances he'll play for enfield 10000-1; chances he'll play for united 2-1; chances he'll end up fecked up on drugs, but bloody good-looking, evens.

Hmmm, platform football boots!

I must admit, while the Spice Girls are not on my List, if forced to make a choice I too would favour Ms. Bunton.

Naah !! Sporty's the one to go for - best voice, plus I reckon she'd do a duet with anyone. Sod Bryan Adams !!

[color:"green"] [/color] I suppose it might be better to support the local girl. My judgement is probably permanently affected - too much McMullens ? Where else does cack bitter cost 2 flippin' 18 ???????????????????????????????????

I have abandoned McMullens - I have almost completely deserted the Cricketers. They don't do Directors any more.

However the Old Bell in Baker Street has pub bands of varying quality on Saturday nights, sells London Pride (£2.40) and last week had Ringwoods at £1.90 a pint.

Yes, but the downside is you have to drink in there!

The George is cheap, can't remember the details, but under or around £2 for proper beer. It's not exactly snug in there, but there is plenty to make an old man very happy.

The Kings Head has GK IPA for £2.

yeah, did the George on Tues. Carling was 1-85. I think Titley nitrokeg was about 1-35 but best avoided cos it's not real and the gas give a bad hangover (provided enough is drunk !!) the morning after.
