looks like the athletics side of things could be a viable option afterall . We at EFC1893 have always had a good relationship with our current landlords at Ware FC and the People at the downs club . There is no reason why we couldn't work with the other parties concerned to make it work at Donkey Lane . We have always paid our way since the current board of directors came into the club and perhaps this will go in our favour .

Anyway the article doesn't make sense.Mr Hall (whoever he is)Talks about wanted the widest possible use of the site,and then slams ETFC proposal because of the possibility of development (ie..overuse by the local community).

Its not exactly joined up thinking,is it?
