Hard to believe I celebrated finding petrol for $3.95 yesterday. We were out and about and saw it about 50 miles from here, so I filled up while it was "cheap".

Diesel is 87p a litre in Malta. 1.09 in Jersey.

And in Europe diesel is cheaper then petrol.

In our immediate area, diesel is $4.85 a gallon, whatever that transfers to in litres.

For those of you who are used to high petrol prices, yep. We've historically had low prices until the last few years, when it has skyrocketed. It has nearly doubled in the last couple.
