Having just read your report, you have Bertie Brayley's hat-trick down as the fastest ever recorded at the Club...Are you sure? Who told you this information?

 

Fastest LEAGUE hat-trick yes, fastest Club hat-trick? Please take a look at our Squad page on the main site and most notably the profile for Spencer Knight. I'm sure his hat-trick still stands as Canvey's quickest.

Spencer Knight did score a faster hat-trick - I stand corrected. It was on 22nd January 2002 against Southend Manor in the Essex Senior Cup. He scored in the 80th, 82nd and 83rd minutes.

 

Bertie's record of three goal in four minutes will stand as the fastest league hat-trick.
