Anyone coming down to Park View Road to see Welling -v- Margitt. You could see how Paul Booth is getting on. Top scorer and was a great signing.

You could of course stay in and watch TV, a hard choice I know as this game will not match the pulling power of Question Time. [color:"red"] [/color]

It should have been Monday 5th May Bank Holiday, but Margitt's players are only contracted to this Wednesday and they do not want a repeat of last years game where they got tonked by some team. They players quite correctly refused to play out of contract.

Hmm What would have happened if you had reached the play-offs would they have refused to play then?

Ah, bless their little cotton socks. It supposedly meant nothing to them last season, so I don't know why they're so bothered to play it in 'school time' this time around....

Wonder what the excuse will be if they lose.

First match reports hint that the game was scrappy, lacked excitement and crowd !!! Attendance was only 700.

A couple of Margate yobs apparently started a fight with some Welling fans and kicked over and broke an advertising hoarding.

Roundly condemned by most decent Margate fans on their forum, though...
