Takeley 2-1 E's

After taking a deserved lead we then decide to throw it away with some awful defending either side of the break despite having the lions share of the play !!!

More worryingly we have now registered 3 defeats so far which was our total of defeats last season . It means no more . I know sherwin has gone and it just looks like we are hung over from that . Romford away next week needs to be a big effort as they are now in a rich vein of form .
But a win would put us right back in there , Come on guys you are much better than this .

Kevin said he's hoping to sign a couple of new guys next week Russ .perhaps it might shake things up . It was a frustrating afternoon for us and this game like stewarts & lloyds was just thrown away.

Website has been updated, report & photos. Thanks to everyone who sponsered me yesterday, i am going to Ireland cycling next friday. We are going to Wicklow, plenty of mountains i have been told. A group of us from Enfield are raising money for a lady in Enfield who is paralised from the neck down after an accident & St Elizabeth centre in Herts, who cater for children & young adults with epilepsy & other special needs. This means i will miss the Romford match, Russ is going to take a few photos, so see if you spot any squirrels, cats, dogs and maybe the odd pic of a football match. See you all at Southend on the 1st Nov, don't forget your bucket and spade for that one Russ.

Romford? I've been up the Town Ctr on a Saturday night as a black cabbie, you could take loads of pics of birds too and i don't mean the feathured type either.

Us cabbies call it costa del Romford.
