A quiet weekend on here. Busy for me. Garden parties etc.

 

Anyway. It's probably old news but did anyone see the England game on Sunday?

 

It made me think that maybe I was wrong over the last 6 weeks of the season and that I really don't know anything about football. That "Route 1/ why pass the ball 10 yards when you can hoof it 40/ hit'n'hope/ ignore the midfield/ give the opposition the ball and see what they can do with it" stuff that we were playing might just be the future. It worked well against the fancied Swedes. We scored 1 goal and held them to 1.

 

Bring on Argentina.
