New shirt for 2009/10

Recommended Posts

Totally understandable that a new sponsor wants a new kit and one that doesn't clash with loads of other kits..The light blue of last year was hardly worn.Which was not really fair on last years sponsor.

Certainly don't want to see 'black' in the new away kit.Had enough of that with the awful red/black combo..I'm sure 'all purple' was one of the front runner in last years vote. That wouldn't clash with any other teams kit,so why go for orange and black, when we could have that colour???

Some people liked the red and black kit,I did, and hated the pale blue, again I did, also an all purple kit would not be popular with everyone, yet again I would.

You need to think of the merchandising options with any choice of colours.

That pale blue kit was fecking awful, looked totlly washed out.

If we do get a new away kit will the team actually wear it? A few times last season we looked like a pub team with a variation of kits worn at the same time!

Orange & Black??? Unless its the sponsors corporate colours, I have to ask why?

All purple would be a refreshing change & somewhat original in this league, alternativley how about a Blackpool style Tangerine? thats original & would be no excuse not to wear it in every away game......well except away to Blackpool of course in the FA Cup!!

But in those days the referee's were allowed to use common sense and those days are long gone!!

Not daft at all as any player with an injury should be treated for his own benefit and some players will ignore any injury to play on whilst other fall over with the slightest breeze.

I think that any player that leaves the pitch with a head injury should be suspended for at least 8 days.

Blood getting on to someone else is not very pleasent, that is one of the decent rules that they have in egg chasing where the player has to leave the pitch for treatment but they can bring on a temporary replacement.

You really should should read your programme, kept up dating it last season as people let me know what they wanted.

Arkwright - out of interest, how many programmes do we sell at home games?
