Did anybody go to Coles Park yesterday, what was the difference between last Tuesday and turning a disappointing 5-1 defeat at Brimsdown Rovers into a 2-1 win at Haringey Borough who are two similar sides.

I would hardly call the brimsdown game disappointing Rhodes. Although I wasn't there myself I was told many trialists were used in that game . Again I wasn't at Coles park yesterday but was told E's were much better .

I shall be at Brox Boro next saturday .

Well what else would you call a 5-1 defeat, Brimsdown Rovers were in the same boat on Tuesday and were testing the water with new players and trialists

Jimmy Jazz - That's nonsense, I have my finger firmly on the pulse where SSML Club's are concerned and also know that Enfield 1893 will struggle to compete with the likes of Tiptree United, Witham Town and Takeley this season, particularly Tiptree who I gather have a large playing budget at their disposal.

I didn't say that they were but I know a thing or two about the Essex Senior League too, now it is up to eighteen Club's compared to fifteen last season it will be a lot more interesting and competitive.
