Did anyone read about that Yobbo kid from Liverpool. He has never had a driving licence or past a test, been caught thousands of times.

Anyway he then mows down some poor 15 year old cyclist and kills him during one of his joy rides. The twat of a judge gives him a small fine on the basis that the victim was wearing dark clothing and had no lights. The fact remains, the yob wasn't qualified to drive so may well have hit the boy even if had stood out like Blackpool illuminations.

Anyway after all that the yob is again caught on camera driving a car whilst banned (can you be banned from something you have never qualified to do in the first place) and he is still a free man. What an earth is going on in this country?

If you or I make bad decisions in our job we are likley to suffer the consquences. It seems to me our judges have licence to do what they like and appear to "get off" on it.

The case I mention above is just one example of many which we hear about everyday. It leaves me to wonder if the only way to get scum behind bars in this country is to take the law into your own hands.

Well said Boroman.

I have been following this case with interest, mainly in the Daily Sexpress, but also the Daily Nail !

It makes my blood boil, when little bast**ds like this know they can get away with it !

Bring back National Service and Borstals, I say !!

Much as I love a good gag, I don't think this thread is the right place for jokes. this is a very serious issue. a youngster has been killed and the killer has escaped justice. He should have been found guilty of manslaughter.

No problems with that !

As it happens, as an ex-traffic (armed response) cop, I agree with all the comments.

You can understand why GOOD coppers are leaving in droves. They do their job, get the scum into court, only to see them get a slap on the wrist, a £ out of the poor box, a holiday abroad and some do-gooder councillor. (No offence HL !)

Tony Martin isn't a hero, he just did what many of us would do in that situation. It is right that he is punished in some way, but certainly not to the financial advantage of Fearon.

I lsten to Whaley and Collins a lot, Talksport is quality! But I don't necessarily agree with him, he's as close to a 'shockjock' as you can get in the U.K.

It's excellent radio, and more importantly gets people discussing important issues. They're are plenty of people who side with his views.

U4PM, I wonder who you're talking about....

Pro or anti what?
He is exactlly the same as me totally beleives that Martin should be in jail and that there are valid "legal" reasons why he should get legal aid.

he should have killed 'em both and then gone to the pikie camp and done the rest of 'em.....

meanwhile Merry Derry has ordered another batch of the hand made wallpaper......its only £500.00 a roll and he forgot to do the toilets....

did you see the pikie with his 'compo limp' for the cameras on TV......its an absolute scandal......

Martin for Lord Chief Justice.... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

I'm with you UU.

Yes I did see the compo walk, and the "Smile for the camera's" face. That piece of sh*t makes me ashamed to be British !

'Nail on Saturday', says it's learnt there is a Pikey contract out on Martin's head when he's released.

Now you know why Pikey's don't stay long in one location. Too bloody frightened too, cos they know they'll get topped !
