Living in the midlands it is more than awkward to get to games

The last few games have gone without comment on this forum despite what appears to be an uplift in performance

Are none of you *uggers going to games any more?

I was at the Tonbridge game, Ernie.

Personally I thought it was a well played game given the conditions against two teams that were incredibly evenly matched. Both teams played it along the floor when attacking, using the width to get behind the opposing fullbacks. Then again both teams hoofed it when under the cosh and barely got it into the centre-circle putting themselves back under pressure. When we cleared the ball into the channels we were ok, Cohen worked hard down the left but King and subsequently Sullivan on the right weren't utilised enough in my opinion. Our midfield looked stronger with Halle in it and he linked up well with Crow during the game. Mooro and Patten were both solid as centre-halves, both tracking back to cover Everett and Westy when needed and two two forwards Rowe and Curran didn't stop running and chasing all game.
