rob newman has got the job at southend and apparently wants tilly to be his assistant, obviously that would be a big loss to us. i wonder how much the club would ask for in compensation if he was to be released from his contract to join southend. i hope he stays at canvey but if he does leave you can understand why.

Let's see where his loyalty's lie. I thought that this was his last season anyway, can he not wait till then. Anyway, it'll be fun playing Tilly's lot in the conference next year!
