I take it thats to stop anyone talking about it then!!!
5k and costs - wonder how much the costs will be? what 4/5 days of court and other fees could be a rather large amount!!!

As the case is no longer 'Sub Judice', why doesn't someone from Enfield put the record straight ?

If you look on the website you will see that a statement will be made shortly. Obviously the committee have to discuss the matter first.

Enjoy your gloat, if it that's what gives you pleasure.

If this was the other way around, as in Tony L getting done for anything at all, then I'm very very sure MOST of the town fans would be on hear gloating like mad!!!.

There is a big difference between gloating about the downfall of someone who has lied and conned is way around all true football supporters in Enfield and a matter like this that affects an entire club that is run for its fans by its fans. I think all EFC supporters will agree that decent ETFC fans have backed you up, just not your corrupt chair.

....Yes,if Laz was getting done (which he soon will be) most of us would be glad.....only for the fact that he has distroyed YOUR club....we would certainly not gloat at the fans suffering....we would offer our condolences that your furture still depends on that man.

Regarding the court case....most of you are commenting on events that you know very little about....ie....You wern't there in person, when incidents happened, involving Leyton f.c....etc.

Mark my words.....within the next few days, you will hear the FULL story(from me,and many others) regarding the ETFC/Leyton saga.

Let's see where you sympathy's lie, when you do hear whats been going on.

I think we must try to put this one to bed once and for all. Fans of Enfield Town, by and large, have nothing against fans of Enfield FC. The only person who is the problem is the chairman. He is to blame for the plight of EFC and the formation of ETFC. There is no long term future in this Borough for two clubs and one day they will merge, I'm sure. If ETFC suffer from this case then it will not help EFC at all. We should remain mutual friends and unite against the real enemy (which always seems to be various chairpeople)
