Ok what I mean is every year a one year extension is negotiated?

So that the lease is always 10 years?

AFAIK it is negociated periodically but not every year.

My understanding has always been that if the owners wanted to evict us they would have to provide us with a green field site, not a ground. But then I could be wrong (usually am)

So the more that the club develops Stonebridge Road, the higher the standard of any alternative would be.

Yes I saw them over the week end along with the trialists. All did remarkably well and I was very impressed. I thinki Andy still feels we need a bit more experience up front though.
