I assume they are talking about your boys rather than Enfield Town. Happen to see it as our Reserves were at Stortford last nite.

Sorry, I might have missed something but when did he play for 1893?

I am guessing from your response that he played for Enfield before there was a "Town" or a "1893"
so effectively he played for you both.

Nah, not really, don't think either Town or 1893 can 'claim' him. I do think though that he may have played in the Conference before, as I think he left Enfield to join Dagenham when they were a Conference team.

What is pleasing is that the boy has had a good career . I remember him in a defensive role at Enfield . There was another player with a similar name around at the same time too . I used to get the pair of them mixed up .

Well done indeed. Jamie Southon could be the other one you are thinking of? Not sure what happened to him.

His family are neighbours of my parents and he played for Enfield. He left as he didn't get a regular game. Bit like Luke Marshall. These players go from club to club. 29 now well there you go.

Wasn't the Townies record turnover of players 71 steph ? 29 aint that bad when you think of it like that .
