BURNLEY in next round

Is it only me that is slightly depressed at the fact that we have drawn Burnley? After the exciting build up to yesterdays game and a fantastic win it was almost disappointing when we didn't draw West Ham or Man U. I suppose it could of been worse it could of been Southend!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ouch!!! You will have to visit us at Burnley with a 15,000+ crowd and saviour the atmosphere - cos it will be fantastic! The away end holds 5,200 so bring Canvey to the turf - But dont bring Hanson and his cronie.<p>Enjoy <img src="graemlins/wiggle.gif" border="0" alt="[wiggle]" />

Dissapointed at Burney away! Lets get our feet back on the ground.

If it had been the beginning of the season everyone would have jumped at the chance playing a team top of Div 1 in the 3rd round.

This is a classic 3rd round tie to be played in from of the biggest crowd ever to see Canvey. A scrambled draw would be wonderful. Id love to see the men of Turf More play us on a freezing night in the middle of January!<p>[ 10 December 2001: This message was edited by: Dickie D ]</p>

Can't keep off the board today. Quite right Dickie. Apart from not drawing a Man U, maybe people thought of all the travelling up there. It should be a great day out again and a big crowd. Again it's asking a lot but Wardy will be back and Kingy hinted that Tilson and Bodders may be available. Burnley will have to play a different game from what they are used to week in week out. Can we hold them out and see what happens

It looks like i'll have to get the thermal out then..... wink.gif" border="0

as for BURNLEY how can anyone even think about bleating about that tie.. they are a massive club and flying high in div one.. i'll be happy if we come back less than 5 down and with some good ale stories.. lets get back to reality boys shocked.gif" border="0

Well done boys terrific result! Buzzard was outstanding in my old position!!! Greggors what can you say...."wherever I lay my hat that's my home" that's what!! Paul Young indeed next Wayne will be likened to a Tory Boy!! Great 2nd half performance...you can come out now JK!!! Joking aside everyone must be proud of the achievements of all the staff who made it possible. Brighty, enjoy your trip Boxing Day!! Not a bad draw either with their tradition and a great stadium too! Black Pudding is a favourite up there so I can't wait!! Have to keep our feet on the ground for tomorrow's match at Stortford as we want to maintain our unbeaten record. That'll mean Stimmo will be injured and look how quickly Benno's hamstring tightens!! It was nice to pull on the yellow shirt and I don't mean that travesty of justice I had to wear Thursday either! See all 3000 at BSFC tomorrow then eh? Yeah right! tongue.gif" border="0

dissapointed about drawing Burnley, get real. They are a huge club - I think its a better draw than the likes of Leiester or Southampton. Can't wait, dreading the bloody coach journey as always, but still can't wait.

Nice comments, Wardy.

Only one thing - they've got you down as a trialist member. I'd have thought that you've been married long enough now for it not to be on trial any more. I also thought originally that it said troilist member, but what you do in your own home.......

Must get these glasses replaced
