With the sending off yesterday, will Peter be eligible to play now in the 3rd round FA Cup tie.

No official reply to your query Phil, but it stuck in my mind that he has probably blown his chance of facing Burnley. He will be missed on the day. images/icons/frown.gif" border="0

Does anyone know the finer details of his ban yet?

This is a good point as he was playing yesterday against Purfleet.
I assumed that a red card was an automatic 3 match ban! so why was he playing yesterday???

He is out of the Burnley game thats why Jeff did not play Chinners and JK yesterday as they are both on four yellow cards and if they were booked
they would also miss the Burnley clash.
What with Dicks,Bodley,Tilson missing Jeff could not risk it.
Smithy is out of the Billericay and Gravesend and Burnley bad news as he is playing so well

Not so, gossip on the terraces yesterday revealed the FA have been very linient on Buzz and only given him a two match ban. If this is so Smithy will only miss the Billericay & Aldershot games, making him egilible for Burnley!!! images/icons/tongue.gif" border="0 images/icons/grin.gif" border="0
[ 23 December 2001: This message was edited by: Matt CIFC ]

Bit puzzled here! - is there not a 14 day delay of a suspension coming into force - as per League teams? If so this would result in him missing the Turf Moor game.
