do any of you 'genius's' know where i can find out who is in charge of a company in the u.k.? ive checkd the companies website but no joy there and i dont want to e mail them to get some inbetween lacky dealing with it.. i want the top man/woman or one of em.. any ideas?

If it is not on the companies house site, then sounds like either you have a 'trading as' name - and not the limited company name - although by law their headed paper should tell you this.

 

Or it is a sole trader /partnership, or even a non-British company.
