It's alarmingly quiet round these parts at the moment. Why's no-one making a fuss? No-one's even promising 'exciting news'! What has happened to MK & Russ (has Tony kidnapped them in an attempt to silence dissent?)? Surely people aren't just sitting around till friday when the club gets kicked out of the league?!
Is this the point where Tony maximises his gains and brings down the curtain on EFC?

After friday will there be an EFC?

I've got a feeling the Ryman league will pressure Boreham wood, into letting Enfield resume their groungshare.(maybe the Wood will execpt 3 or 4 evenly disributed payments, instead of the full amount-or something).

Does anybody know how the recent 'difficulties' with Borehamwood fit into that happy picture of contentment and 'I know a secret' stuff that emerged from the recent closed meeting? I can't imagine that being taken to the wire by the Ryman League was what supporters had in mind, yet Laz knew it was coming. So were supporters deliberately misled (again) or is there somebody else that can be blamed (as usual-victim syndrome)? Not paying the rent or abiding by league rules doesn't really offer up a natural villain for me!

Rumour going round ETFC last night was that Derek Bird has resigned as club secretary.

Can anyone (Del himself?) confirm or deny this?

I thought Derek(and Sam B) had been unusually quiet,on the forum in the last month or so.

10 days to reply Sam B,and it takes Del about as long to update the site.

Being involved with,or trying to support a club run by Lazarou does tend to demoralize you...as i've found out in the past.

Hasn't quit (yet)????
