Farnborough lost 5-0 to Hereford so go bottom of the league on goal difference.

BUt we're off the bottom.

Perhaps the plan is to lose every game 2-0 but still move up a place every week... <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

your 10, then 9, then 8 players all battled hard for you, Scarborough made very hard work indeed of breaking you lot down.

It was the most unsatisfying sort of victory, however all four of the sendings off were deserved and the ref had no option.

Hope your team and supporters (34 by my count) all make it back home safely.

Thanks Alan . I'm glad you were listening. Why don't more people listen to BBC Radio Kent for coverage? Every game gets all the action as it happens and they've even given me use of a magic box now so I sound like I am actually on the radio!! Stay tuned folks.

The supporters were magnificent. You had to be there to see it.

We ain't going down.

Just got back and indeed it was a safe return, I counted 34 as well, however the over zealous stewards were looking to red card a few of us, for the heinous crime of resting ones foot on the seat in front of them. OOhh we were so naughty, that one in particular just scowled at us all game, and by the end of the game they called for reinforcements...

But a great weekend as a few us stayed up there and took in the Saturday nightlife that scarborough has to offer and then the gods were good to us, as we soaked up the very warm sunshine of today.

Whilst it did not go for us on the pitch, upon reflection, I think that the performance will kick start our season, and points will start coming our way.
Already looking forward to next seasons visit to the McCain, but judging the seadogs from that performance, it looks like their season might also be a long and hard one as well.

PS. Get you food sorted out in the away section, its [****!!****]....
