Spoke to a couple of Daggers fans and they believe next out of the door could well be Jacko. Hes not getting a game and they now have 4 left backs/wingers. Wonder if Fordy grovelled we could get him back! We need the legend back!!

Ps: my contacts premonitions normally always come true!!

Despite him leaving us for the Daggers, I reckon he'd be well received if he did come back. However much I like Macca, he doesn't seem to be cutting it as Captain and his game seems to have suffered because of it(and, of course,a rather nasty illness as well). Whilst Jacko didn't have a particulary great last season, he was always the great motivator and driving force on the pitch, the perfect Skipper. We'd have to offer him a bit of dosh, though and he's probably under contract which would mean a fee. Still, one can dream....you watch, he'll get a game Saturday and score a hat-trick! <img src="/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

If we had the pick of the D&R left sided players, I'd opt for Janney

Well if Skins lost his place, he'd probably only have himself to blame...

With respect to Skins, Jacko is a far better player who would definitely bolster the left side - even if he played at left back. Remember , Jacko played much of his early career in this position, so a return to this position wouldn't be playing him out of position.
AND we would have a player who was a liability to the team every time he (mis)timed a tackle !!

Well I saw him there today but didn't talk to him. Any one who was talking to him care to tell us what's going on with him?

I spoke to him very briefly and things aren't going fantastic right now as he's picked up an injury. That's as far as it went, I'm afraid. Better than nothing though, innit!?
