FRICKLEY Athletic manager Peter Rinkcavage has signed striker Jack Watts from Evo-Stik Premier Division rivals Buxton.

 

The 19-year-old striker has made three substitute appearances for Buxton this season and has also played for Worksop Town.

He was born in Australia but joined Barnsley FC’s academy in 2007 and then moved on to Ilkeston Town following his release from Barnsley.

 

However, his contract there was cancelled at the start of this season following Ilkeston’s demise, which is when he joined Worksop.
