Some nice comments on the Writtle website following Saturday's match

Writtle Reserves Vs Basildon Reserves

Away 26-03-11.

We struggled to put a team together this week with 6/7 players not being available due to illness / personal commitments, so much so that we started the game with only 10 men. Tony Whiteway very kindly came along to help out but by the time he got back from work in London he missed the kick off.

We ended up losing the game 4-1 with our goal from Tinashe Mutero, we would like to thank Basildon for their hospitality after the game, putting the England match on in the club house and providing food and refreshment.
