You are most definitely talking like your namesake "The Horses [****!!****]". FYI support/helped EFC, helped at Cheshunt, now helping at the abbey. Um, I make that supporting 1 helping at 3 you obviously haven't grown up yet or learnt to count. Come back when you have acheived one or both ... I certainly won't be holding my breath.

Jim,

In what, nearly three weeks, you are the first person on this board to ask! Basically, as you may remember, I work in Croydon (4hrs travel at least) and am very busy at the moment. This means that I do not have the time to commit to the role that I would like so I felt it would be better to give the opportunity to someone who does.

As has been stated elsewhere, I have "gone to Waltham Abbey". Yes, this is true... I live in Waltham Abbey and am doing the Match Secretary job - which does not command so much of my time so everyone is happy!

No 'job' going....Volunteer work.

Let's just say,the first person to show any interest, will probably be offered the job.

Are you showing an interest Robert ????

I would think it would be working for the club not the chairman.

Plus working is not quite correct as a secretary position at this level is more of a hobby as very few are paid.
