Horace - Did you attend, you're treated like Royalty at Bridge Avenue aren't you or at least we used to be when Uncle Urchin was there.

Eastside Urchin - You have to admit though that Unc really knew how to wine and dine visitors to Bridge Avenue and make them feel like a million dollars, well apart from Keeps that is.

Indeed Rhodes, in fact they would wine and dine those they didn't like as well, they were top hosts

Well that certainly wasn't the case when Keeps came calling was it touting his boy. What's it like on matchdays at Bridge Avenue these days out of interest.

You mean at Step 3 level where Hornchurch play, that principle doesn't seem to apply in the Spartan South Midlands League as I'm made as welcome as a pork chop at a Bar Mitzvah at games

Just like all our paying guests, you would be rewarded with an incredibly warm welcome at any Romford home match.

Poor Rhodes, slags off and winds up SSML clubs and officials relentlessly and then wonders why he isn't welcome.....

He's guaranteed a warm welcome at Herns Lane on Friday 4th November.

We need a guy for the bonfire.

NeutralFan - Really, give an example where I have done that, if Club’s such as Haringey Borough, Kentish Town, Ampthill Town, Welwyn Garden City and London Colney can’t stand the heat of hearing a few home truths then they should get out of the kitchen

This isn't the ssml forum or the general conversation forum so can we not bother the anti Rhodes stuff on here and Rhodes no baiting either,we have 2 forums already where for whatever reason you are the centre of everyones attention but I don't see the point in having a 3rd one!!!

Absolutely agree, Rhodes is a great guy and doesn't deserve all the cyber bullying from people not fit to lick his boots.

Not quite as often as he used to, but if he reads your post I'm sure he would love to renew acquaintances with an old buddy over a bottle (or two) of nicely chilled red wine.
