I thought the first half was pretty attritional, but we still looked the better side - Im still trying to work out how their goal went in...it seemed to be hit very slowly.

In the second half we were all over them but this time just couldn't get the ball in the net - Hit the post, header just wide, a couple of good saves, balls flying across the box - It was one of those days.

I think Maidenhead tried to match us for size, they certainly had a big, strong back four out and one-time Blues target Billy Lumley was excellent for them between the sticks (apart from the odd ropey kick) That said apart from their goal they've hardly troubled us but it was disappointing not to score when they've conceded two in every home league game on average.

Never mind - you can't win every week - Hopefully we'll get back on the bus at our tricky league game against Cray on Tuesday

Come on you Blues!!

Always disapointing to go out of any cup but that leaves us with no distractions for the rest of the season with 26 cup finals left.

The report earlier did sum up game very well Maidenhead didn't look like a team from a higher level and for us it was just one of those days.

Full speed ahead for the League now.

Dissapointed, First half a makeshift Maidenhead side tried and succeeded in stopping us play, they matched us in strength, they were very quick to the ball and in the tackle. Second half we moved the ball better and found space, but failed to get a goal,

I thought Harrison showed good heart and was a constant threat, If he can take that determination into all of his games he will be back to his best.

We could have done with the 4k as well, but it wasn't to be.

Its all about the league now....C'mon you Blues!
