Steve Perkins on his sending off:

Perkins blasts officials

Gravesend & Northfleet midfielder Steve Perkins believes over-zealous referees are stifling Non-League football.
Perkins became Fleet's sixth dismissal of the season on Tuesday when he was sent off for a second bookable offence in the 3-1 home defeat against Aldershot.

He told BBC Radio Kent: "I've played in the Conference for six or seven years, and this season the referees are cautioning people willy-nilly.

"It's spoiling the game, you can't let it flow which is what the players, the managers and the supporters all want.

"Referees should have a word with themselves," he added

Couldn't agree more Steve
