Well done Bedford! You held up CIFC for us images/icons/grin.gif" border="0 that means GNFC are only 3 points behind with 3 games in hand, this all sounds very promising! shame they scored in the last minute though images/icons/mad.gif" border="0

Fleetman, Jesus Christ we were robbed. 3-1 up and crusing (Slin 3rd hatrick in 5 games) Canvey clawed it back and the ref decided to play a full 9 minutes injury time (I saw no injuries).
At least our club can now put that crap start we had behind us and focus on the future knowing we can compete well at this level.
Braintree, can we sing a song for you???

Are u possibly suggesting bald_eagle that canvey island would cheat or stoop so low as to use underhand tactics.
I dont doubt that there was really 8 or 9 minutes injury time, and that in fact their floodlights do really suffer from freak electrical problems.
No i am not on drugs, i am just lying!!!
Come on u reds!!!

Yes a well fought battle today, thought that you would have deserved to win after we missed so many in the first half. Ref was poor I saw at least to penalties turned down for Canvey.
Congratulations, Gravesend hope you do well in the conference next year, you have earned it this season with your consistency.
Here's my summary of the Canvey players today:
Paul Newell - Not bad for only his 3rd(?) game of the season, although he was slow coming off he's lin. I thought Ashley would've saved at least two of their goals.
JK - Another good solid performance. Ran his heart out, but was bizarly subbed when he was the only man in space on the field!
Duffers - His first touch let him down but other than that did what he needed to do.
Cheners - Very strong at the back today, our best defender by far. (Sorry Wardy!)
Bods - Will be more effective when he reaches full fitness, but is getting slow naturally.
Wardy - Done well at the back and came forward too. Now he crosses the half-way line!
Tilly - Played some nice stuff today but not quite on top form.
Stimmo - Same as Tilly, but lost the ball when it mattered. Didn't bottle out though!
Greggors - Superb at setting up chances today, great flick-ons to Anyone that got forward. 1st choice striker as usual!
Miller - Been a bit of a disappoint lately, his goal was a total fluke, and he's only on top form when under serious pressure.
Cobb - Well what can you say? Are his eyes to balme all the time? Is he suffering from Waynitius?
Boylan - Came on got a goal, should stsrt every game. 'Nuff said!
Spencer Knight - A true winger, wasted two crosses as shots but, made some superb runs down the left and looks deadly in the penaly area.
Pumpkin.

Hey Fleetman – Go and congratulate Bedford on their own message board not on ours; you insensitive moron.

Report on your site is a bit biased. You can't expect to win every game just because you pay twice as much as anyone else in the Ryman Premier. Anyhow, my guess is that Gravesend will go up, which is a shame because we'll have to visit your excuse for a football ground again next year (at least for one more season until fat boy's money runs out and you are back on your way to the Essex league).

Arrr Old Git - You have insider knowledge of CIFC & Jeff Kings finances; Are you the clubs accountant then? An auditer perhaps, please enlighten us, it is also going to be a big suprise to Jeff King to be told by someone as knowledgable as yourself that he's money is going to run out soon!
If anyone has sour grapes old chap its you, when you couldn't wrestle the three points off us even with the help of the referee!!
