Indeed we did, and after a school rugby match I managed to arrive for the second half when the Fleet were losing 2-0 but go on to score three late goals to win the match. I would be interested to learn how many other Fleet fans have seen the only two (I think) competitive matches played between the two clubs.

I hope the result will be the same again and not "third time lucky" for Exeter!

Wasn't at the Exeter game, but was taken to the Sunderland match by my Dad. It would be nice to repeat the 3-2 win and then onward to the 4th round.

Yes and we are asking QPR if it's OK.

Will confirm when we have an answer.

Sorry don't quite know how my last post came in so far down the line!!! it was a follow up to Dave Holden 's reminder of the last time we met Exeter in the cup.

Didn't see the Exeter game in the 60's,but I remeber my dad taking me to the Sunderland match,I still remember Skingleys goal at the death to earn us the replay, does anyone remember if he'd been injured prior to scoring the goal and had only just returned to the pitch?
Also does anyone remember the time Shirley Bassey came on to the pitch to kick off a game? no idea why or who the game was against.
