FFS poor kid, know from experience as my lad as a keeper suffered it 4 times, 3 to the left shoulder and once to the right where it popped out then straight back in.

Jess if you read this at anytime experience tells me get the op done via keyhole despite what the NHS will tell you, if you want to pm me I can give you a top notch place that'll do it for you and won't cost.....anyone also who knows the lad if they want to pm me I will gladly advise them as my lad has been there yeah

Royston's gate = 503. Nowhere near target but a fantastic turn out for a Step 5 club on a miserable afternoon when the league had already been won. Hope they all go back for their first Step 4 game!
