Hertford will do better than last season, they have a lot of pace in attack and the big bald fella known as "Ginge" won a lot in the air at the back.

and they DO have a castle too!

Gutted apparently we once again created chances but didn't have enough cutting edge and got punished repeatedly against run of play. Lads showed great spirit and good build up play I hear. We need some more experience and a proper goal scorer.

Me and you WB ;-) We (St Mags Ressies) played a friendly tonight against the reformed Broxbourne. Think they'll do well, good core that have played regular step 5. Beat us 2-0

Defo mate us two up top would cos problems. Lol. Think Brix will win Div 2 or at least get promotion? If they kept core of Prem side they should have too much for the others

Winslow boy how can you say that when we scored 4 goals and had 2 wrongly disallowed. bishop scores a hat trick in first game we played 4 4 2. if a side scores 4 goals you would expect to win. surely this shows you that scoring goals isn't the problem. were you even at the game?

Just going on what I was told. 2 penos out of the four though. Don't get me wrong I'm hearing lots of great things but also we are creating chances that are going begging. Apparently we 1-0 up and well on top and could have been out of sight, I'm sure part of it is new players bedding in etc.. One apparenty was defo onside and one defo off ad first pen prob wasn't a pen. Langford and Ath game we weren't ruthless enough. However if you disagree I'd love to hear another opinion of course I spoke to a number throughout the game and am coming on sat. New Bradwell will struggle this year I think. Are you a player? I'm really pleased an excited about the direction club is going in and about what I'm hearing about performances, we will be strengthening which is great news for all concerned. I'll introduce myself sat. Always love a Hattrick by the way.

Gutted we ended 3-3, could have snatched it in the last min but ended up hitting the bar then having the ball cleared off the line.

hopefully we'll bag our first 3 points at home to Hillingdon on Saturday.
