I've watched it a number of times now. If you watch the ball rather than the tackle it looks like it deviates forward slightly - I think the Billericay player might have just got a toe on it. It all depends on whether the ref deems it to be a dangerous challenge or not as the Hx player was always going to go on the floor from that tackle and at point of contact it was from behind.

Goal for me, I'm afraid.

It's one of those that if it's for your team then the player wins the ball,if it's against your team then you call a foul,if you are viewing it as a neutral like the referee was I would probably see the ball being won and allow the goal.He wins the ball before catching the player and it's not nasty or malicious so no reason to blow up,had he took the player first it would be a foul but goal for me.
I am all for playing from the back but if you get caught in possession it can lead to those sorts of goals.
