These 2.45pm kick off seem a little optimistic. It was pretty much dark at 5pm this afternoon in London so going to be a gloomy final 15 mins unless we are lucky with a very bright day. Will be trying to get down for part of the Totternhoe game if I can

Does anyone know the chances of the Harefield United vs. Oxhey Jets going ahead? Haven't been to a SSML game this season so hoping to break my duck this weekend!

Don't think anyone from Harefield posts here any more, but historically the pitch there was pretty good

You'll find most Harefield home games will generally be on, their pitch is probably the best in the league, has good drainage

I would say Harefield game is likely to be on. I watched them beat my beloved Hertford Town FC on Tuesday night and their pitch held up well in the driving rain. Certainly no water logged spots for the ball to get held up in, just a couple of players losing their feet on slippery surface.

 

Btw game saw a very eventful couple of minutes. After play was stopped for injured Hertford player to be treated, play restarted with us kicking the ball to their keeper. Ball got held up in the wind, and their keeper dawdled on the ball for a moment so Hertford striker pounced, dispossessed keeper and scored. After a scuffle and players arguing, Hertford Town FC player manager restored order by allowing Harefield to walk the ball in to the net from the kick off.

 

Great gesture but we paid for it by losing 3-2.

No game for us today neither do harpenden asked the league to bring the fixture forward and they refused yet we are playing midweek for the next 5 weeks. Sometimes common sense has to come into it surely.Off to Ampthill today to support them good luck hope I don't bump into no 13 he is so boring.lol
