Savouring the delights of AFC Dunstable currently. Not a fan of plastic pitches for league football, even if it is a reserve game. And in fairness, our players didn't want a drink at half time anyway.....

 

Can hear lots of noise from the main pitch for the Dubstable Town game. Sounds a lively one!!

With today's mass of postponements, many teams still involved in various cup competitions and ground sharing issues- can we say the season will have to be extended?

 

The FA have already given the go ahead for the season to be extended one week for step 5 & 6 clubs, but there are still some dates free in April and none will be scheduled for Sat 4th May to allow for any problems the midweek prior. Step 7 and reserves can go on later as long as grounds are available.

Battle of the Town fans today. Hertford edged it but Dunstable get bonus points for being good sports at the end.

Hertford fans were in good song. Good natured exchanges with Dunstable fans. And yes it was great to see the Dunstable regiment clap our players off the pitch. Heart warming.
