Supporting Non League Day at Hartsdown Park around the world

Support for the Non League Day match at Hartsdown Park between Margate FC and Leiston FC is picking up international support as the club looks to get 1,000-plus supporters through the turnstiles with its Target 1000 campaign.

Pictured is a Bayern Munich fan helping to spread the word in Germany.

Help spread the word about the Margate vs. Leiston match on September 7 by having your friends and family get the match day poster out into the four corners of the world. The more exotic and far-flung the better, and share your pictures through this forum thread, via Twitter (#MargateFCTarget1000) and on Facebook (all if possible, or just the ones you’re comfortable with).

Don’t forget to download the Target 1000 Day match day poster from http://www.margate-fc.com/downloads/posters/matchposters.php and help spread the word in the local community, and across Thanet.

You can also request to collect pre-printed match day posters from the club on Monday when we host Maidstone United.

I'm going to string together what overseas poster photos we have into a "promotional" video/slideshow on Wednesday evening. If anyone has got any offshore friends or family, from the Isle of Wight to Easter Island, and can get them to snap a simple poster, share it on here as soon as and I'll include it in the promo piece if OK to.
