I thought the idea was you had to pay to get into the ground as usual for tomorrows game and then purchase your cup tickets. Is this correct???

That's correct, anyone turning up thinking that they can buy tickets and wander off will be sadly disappointed. If you don't want to pay to watch the game you will have to wait until the tickets go on general sale after the Daggers match.

We all want a sell-out but the club must look after it's 'bread & butter' fan base. As long as it's max 4 per person otherwise me m8 won't be able to get me a ticket.

In case all tickets do sell out tomorrow.

Would have been nice if ST holders could, at least, purchase their own ticket at the club office during normal weekday hours.

I'm glad that the mojority of people who have posted on this thread appear to be in agreement with my comments.

Now.....any chance of the club responding to this and limiting the number of tickets each person can buy?

I think you will find the answer to this on the news page.

Four is about right , as 15-20 sounds a bit bandwaggony to me .
( Or corporate ? )

Shame they wouldn't have a box to watch the game from. grin.gif

P.S. Even Forest Green's plans for a new ground include corporate boxes, apparently - whatever next?

Great news!
But please tell me 'Telephone Applicants' means telephone enquiries and tickets are NOT being sold over the phone!?!?

I had the same fear - so I telephoned this morning to try and pay for tickets over the phone - the answer was no.

I also asked if I could pop in on the way to work - to be told that they are not for sale until tomorrow.

So at least there appears to be some sort of consistency in making people wait until tomorrow!

Anyone know how many Notts Co tickets were sold on Saturday.

Wandered round to get ours at half time, and did not seem to be the panic buying that was predicted.. From the nos. on the tickets I got would have thought that we sold less than a 1000.

Also have Notts Co sold their allocation ? I presume that they will no bother, could that account for the phone calls requesting 15 - 20 tickets ?

As a side issue to all this ticketing , if we do progress and get a bigger team , would season ticket holders get a guaranteed ticket.

It would seem a bit harsh if they dont. I picked up 2 tickets , One for me and one for my mate. We are both season ticket holders and he is on Honeymoon until 4th. I could be away over Christmas and would hate to miss out on a dream game.

But at the moment im just happy to be where we are and with tv cameras there , I best get my hair cut in case there is a mandatory picture of a fat bloke required for TV.

If the club thought there was a serious danger of tickets being sold out on the first day of issue, then something would be done for the season ticket holders.

We sold about 1,400 tickets on Saturday, so if you haven't got yours yet you will be able to get them at the dagenham game on 25th November.
