LoucasX Posted December 16, 2014 Share Posted December 16, 2014 Strange match at Hertford Town tonight. Beat a young Ampthill team 7-1. The Ampthill lads did not seem up for it. For some reason they did only a quick 10 minute warm up so no surprise they conceded within 17 seconds....even though they kicked off! Hertford goal celebrations were muted as it just seemed too easy. Ampthill are going to need some more experienced players quick if they are to survive. People like myself, who struggle with standing outside for 90 mins in these sub-zero temperatures, need to be filled in. I haven't got to a game since watching Berko from the comfort of a warm, cosy flat. All I know is one thing, Jets must've lost because they've chosen to put up the reserves match report instead.
