How come Dorking and Epsom Athletic are free surely fixtures could of been juggled to allow both these sides to play.

In response to the comment concerning Epsom Athletic, they have only one away match left, with the remainder of their backlog being home games.  As both Chessington and Epsom cannot play at home on the same day, it is inevitable that Epsom will have a few Saturdays over the rest of the season when they don't have a match.  That inevitably means that another club in the Division will also be without a game, on this occasion Dorking, hence the fact that the two clubs are due to play each other this evening.

Alan, fact is Epsom Athletic and Chessington and Hook have 19 home games still left to play at Chalky Lane, are there only 2 days in the week when they can play? Molesey had agreed with Badshot Lea if there game last night had been postponed, they would play Thursday this week, thankfully the game went ahead, the League should act,and tell them all days are to be used,if the pitch is ever playable,Sundays included.

Why ridiculous?

Many clubs have got two games to play at Chalky Lane, Im sure they dont want to play Saturday and Sunday, and Smudge teams and officials  cant be on permanent standby for the first evening the pitch is playable at a few hours notice.

Jeff, what about Monday,Tuesday,Thursday, are they no go as well.As for Officials, I am sure they can be found at a days notice.
