Defence

I think the problem lies further up the field, where the midfield, in particular, fail to hold-on to the ball and thus put the defence under pressure. This aspect of their game seems to have got worse as the season has gone on.

Freddie battled manfully up front yesterday, and Lewis Taylor worked hard and showed some quality at times. Jamie Taylor took his goal well but after he was injured, Ryan Moss came on and looked out of sorts and at odds with the manager, which is of concern.

Get Rivs back in RB position for gods sake, how can a team go from slick passing football to this?

Something clearly wrong, have the players lost there bottle? Has Terry lost the plot? Its not quite over yet but the team really need to start playing with no fear again.

i haven't looked at the stats-but i suspect margate only lost about once at most when rivs is at right back.good player there, and just brings a calm coolness to everything-plus somehow from there scores  the odd goal

.nothing wrong with Tam-and by all means play him in midfield-but we just seem so much better balanced with AR at right back 9or even in midfield-where again-he may not be the worlds best midfield player but it just seems to 'work' all round when he plays
