FF News
Ambitious Nicky Forster will go into talks with Staines Town chairman Matt Boon on Friday to thrash out their proposed bid to regain Step Two status. The Swans boss, whose side are clinging on to their Vanarama South lives merely by mathematics, has enjoyed his time so far at Wheatsheaf Park and has been buoyed by the team’s shock win at Vanarama South leaders Bromley last weekend. Now, he and assistant manager Graham Abercrombie will sit down with Boon to decide just where the club go from here. The new management team are keen to stay and continue in the job – but only if certain assurances are made. “The meeting is significant in that it will determine whether it’s Graham and I who will be continuing at the club or whether they will be looking at somebody else to take it on,” said Forster.
