No more than 24 hours after their play off final victory two players including Tam,who was it seems one of their star players this season,and 5 other squad players have been released from the club. I know that Margate have the money and ambition to go firstly into the Conference National and then again to the Football league but it shows how clubs and managers can use players as much as players use clubs. I'm pretty old school in believing in giving those who get you promoted,a chance to see if they are good enough to cut it at the level above,with obvious other signing coming into the club to improve the squad but I guess brown knows what he wants and who he thinks can cut it or not,this shows they are not just looking to stay in that league but to win the thing.
