Lord Faulkner of Worcester, National League Vice-President, is attending the match at Wrexham AFC tomorrow to officially unveil the Vanarama National League club`s first wheelchair viewing platform.

Lord Faulkner is the lead campaigner in the Palace of Westminster for accessibility and personally presented his Bill with regards the same to the House of Lords on 17th July 2015.

Wrexham Disabled Supporters` Association`s vice-chairman Steve Gilbert said: “As part of that debate our work was praised in the House by Baroness Tanni Grey Thompson. The Baroness has since stated that we are a beacon and example to all clubs.

“Lord Faulkner kindly accepted our invitation to attend and conduct our opening ceremony which will take place around 2.30 tomorrow.

“The work around accessibility has brought massive praise and support from around the country.

“We believe that this is a major news story, certainly for ourselves and the Football Club and its ownership body Wrexham Supporters Trust, but also for the whole of North Wales and beyond.”
