Regardless of what the Morons think, (isn't free speech a wonderful thing ) I'm looking forward to a good match. It is the last Saturday before the season starts so both sides should be fielding the sides that they would expect to start the season. (Well for a while at least)

Mind you I don't suppose the gate will approach that from the last match

Mind you, according to Isthmian Fans you are already playing Folkestone on that day.

Are you playing us and then continuing on to the coast?

Let's hope the match is an amicable and enjoyable one. I personally have little against the Canvey supporters we are supposed to have had a war of words with, and I feel sure that your own entry to the Conference isn't far away.

Well Ive nothing against Gravesend good luck for next season Im sure you will do well and hopefully we will join you the season after next.

The game at your place was played in a great spirit and there was a good spirited banter between the two sets of fans.

Hi All -

Just as a matter of interest - I've found an old copy of "Dr Zbungle's Modern English Football Dictionary".

It defines "Firm" as "the result of too many supporters marrying their own sister."

Nuff said

I wouldn't take too much notice of anything written by that barmy Doc he was struck off years ago and is in urgent need of some of his own medicine!

Gravesend boys, you're probably not far off about the firm (hahahaha) they'll bring it'll probably be just Vic and Merv in their robin reliant, if they owned a dog they'd have the rspca after them!

Don't suppose I'll go, I've always made a point of not going to friendly matches, just glorified training sessions, I'd sooner wait for the real thing, the conference, but we mustn't rub it in must we? hahahaha!
