What was their guy on about ??

"Clive Platt settled this stormy FA Cup battle with an injury time winner & told feisty Fleet ...."

"Grisly Gravesend ... resorted to the rough stuff"

" Their strong arm tactics ...."

"Defender Paul Gibbs received a straight red card for a tackle on Simon Baldry. The effort was poor and sparked a mass touchline brawl between players and staff from both clubs".

"The tense part timers paid further for their attempts to muscle the Magpies out of their stride as Platts winner came in the 3rd of SEVEN minutes of added time".

The comment on Gibbs's tackle was fair, but the rest?? A mass touchline brawl?? Rough stuff?? Who is the guy kidding??

And perhaps he didnt notice, but about 5 of the seven added minutes came because of Wilkerson being treated for his cramps.

Dont bother returning to Stonebridge Road, Mr Paul Jiggins, thats all I can say.

There's always one muppet in every cup run.

I recall Dennis Mortimer after the Villa game saying we deserved to lose because we'd swapped home advantage and because we didn't make the effort to play out of our skins every week!
