Brakes reveal busy Non-League Day programme

For the first time since the inception of 'Non League Day' Leamington have a home fixture that enables the club to promote itself on what is an 'International Weekend' with no Premier League or Championship fixtures taking place.

Merthyr Town provide the opposition on Saturday 10 October in a 3pm kick off and the club in conjunction with the Brakes Trust is promoting a range of initiatives aimed at attracting new faces to the Phillips 66 Community Stadium plus interacting with the community and supporters.

Coaching Session with Brakes Players and Management

Brakes players along with Manager Paul Holleran and Coach Martyn Naylor are putting on a FREE coaching session for children of all ages on the Training Pitch from 12 noon to 1pm followed by a 'Signing Session' with all players from 1pm to 1.20pm.

Brakes Goalkeeper and Captain Tony Breeden, Striker Ben Mackey and Midfielder Richard Taundry are amongst those doing the coaching. Free 'Goodie Bags' and team photographs for all those taking part.

Reduced Entry Price – Armed Forces, Emergency Services and Season Ticket Holders of any Sport

There will be a reduced entry price of £5 for anyone on production of a current season ticket for any sport. So whilst this clearly includes fans of Premier League, Championship, Football League and Non-League clubs, it is also aimed at fans of any other sport such as Rugby Union, Rugby League, Speedway, Ice Hockey and Basketball.

In addition the £5 entry price will also apply to any member of the Armed Forces or Emergency Services on production of their warrant or identity card.

Normal Admission Prices – Adults £11, Concessions £7, Students (with ID Card) £5, Under 18 £3, Under 12 FREE. Programmes £2.50.

Free Park N Ride Bus Service

There will be a FREE double-decker bus service sponsored by the Brakes Trust Supporters Group operating from Leamington Railway Station to the stadium and return before and after the game.

Post match the service will depart the stadium at approximately 1700 hrs with further departures at 1730 hrs and lastly at 1845 hrs following the conclusion of the Wales v Australia Rugby Match.

The Brakes Trust minibus will also be running the usual home service for FREE - see brakestrust.com/minibus for stops and times.

Big Screen Action in the Clubhouse

The clubhouse will be open from 12.30pm with special promotions on beer and food before and after the game. 'Bertie Brakes' pitch side catering unit will open at 1pm.

Live 'Big Screen' action starts at 12.45pm with BT Sport showing the Conference National clash between Macclesfield Town and Kidderminster Harriers at 12.45pm.

Rugby World Cup action follows the Brakes game at 4.45pm with the vital top of the table decider clash between Wales and Australia at 4.45pm with both trying to avoid a quarter-final clash with the 'All Blacks'. Remember there is a FREE Bus Service back to town at the conclusion of the game.

Food and Drink Promotion
On offer in the clubhouse from 12.30 -2.30pm and 4.45-6.45pm will be a 'Pie and Pint' at £3.50 or simply a 'Pint' at £2.50. Take advantage of these whilst stocks last.

On offer at Bertie Brakes for Children will be 'Nugget and Chips' or 'Hotdog and Chips' Specials whilst those of an older persuasion can tuck into 'Curry and Chips' as well as all the normal offerings.

Half-Time Crossbar Challenge

During half-time 5 lucky spectators will take part in a 'Hit the Cross Bar Challenge' with winner(s) receiving a 'Pitch-side Hospitality Box Package' each worth £300. Make sure you are in the 'draw' and collect your raffle ticket at the turnstiles on entering the ground. Use your footie skills to win you and 10 mates a great day out at a game.

'50/50 Draw'

At every game we hold a 50/50 draw that sees proceeds split evenly between the winner and the club. Tickets cost £1 and winners usually receive between £70-£120, all of course dependent upon how many enter. We are delighted to announce that the Brakes Trust in partnership with 'Non-League Day' have added an additional prize of 'Football Manager 2016' from Sports Interactive.
